1. Who we are
InterHyve Sàrl ("InterHyve", "we") is a managed IT and security services provider registered in Geneva, Switzerland. For personal data processed through this website and in the course of our services, InterHyve acts as data controller unless a service agreement designates us as processor.
2. Data we collect
We collect only what we need: contact details you submit through our forms (name, organisation, email), correspondence you send us, and minimal technical logs required to operate and secure this website. We do not use advertising trackers.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide our services
- To meet contractual and legal obligations, including security duties
- To protect our infrastructure and that of our clients (legitimate interest)
4. Where your data lives
Our systems are hosted and operated in Switzerland. Where a specific service involves a transfer abroad (for example, a cloud platform you have chosen), we rely on appropriate safeguards and tell you before it happens.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by Swiss law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Write to privacy@interhyve.com. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
